Quotes provided by us are estimates based on the information provided by you. If the actual conditions of the job differ from the conditions presented when the quote was made, Living Legacy Planning reserves the right to adjust the quote accordingly.
5. Cancellation
A cancellation fee may apply if a job is canceled within 24 hours before the scheduled service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Living Legacy Planning will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

Your use of our Service and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of Illinois.
